What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) by websites and web applications you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website owners information about how their site is being used.
Cookies can be classified in several ways:
- Session cookies — Temporary cookies that are deleted when you close your browser. They enable the website to link your actions during a single browsing session.
- Persistent cookies — Remain on your device for a specified period or until you delete them. They help websites remember your preferences and recognize you on return visits.
- First-party cookies — Set directly by CallQuants LLP when you visit our Platform.
- Third-party cookies — Set by external services and partners embedded within or linked from our Platform (e.g., analytics providers, payment processors).
We also use similar tracking technologies including web beacons (pixel tags), local storage, and session storage, which function in comparable ways to cookies.

Managing and Disabling Cookies
You have several options for controlling and managing cookies:
6.1 Cookie Preference Centre
Where required by applicable law, we display a Cookie Consent banner when you first visit our Platform. You can review and adjust your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of our website.
6.2 Browser Settings
You can manage cookies directly through your browser settings. The instructions vary by browser:
6.3 Opt-Out of Analytics
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6.4 Consequences of Disabling Cookies
Please note that disabling or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. In particular:
- Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or using core Platform features;
- Disabling functionality cookies means your preferences will not be saved between sessions;
- Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Platform, but will limit our ability to improve it.
Cookie Consent
We obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device where required by applicable law, including:
- EU/EEA and UK: In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (as implemented in applicable EU member states) and the UK PECR, we obtain your prior informed consent for analytics, functional, and marketing cookies.
- India Users: We seek your consent for non-essential cookies in accordance with applicable Indian privacy law and our Privacy Policy consent framework.
- US Users (California): We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents have the right to opt out of sharing personal information through cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Other Jurisdictions: We strive to comply with applicable cookie consent requirements in all jurisdictions where we operate.
Your consent choices are stored in the cq_cookie_consent cookie and are valid for 12 months, after which we will ask for your consent again. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link in our website footer.
Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no universally agreed standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. As a result, our Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can use the cookie management tools described in Section 6 above to control tracking on our Platform.
We will revisit our DNT approach as industry standards evolve.
